Electrician (LU)
OHUK are looking for Electricians to work on the Underground. Our client is working on the 5G network update on all London Underground stations.
23:45PM – 04:45AM. Sunday – Thursday. Working from Approx 00:30 to 4:30am. Weekends will be available at increased rates going forward.
Experience: Where we would look at operatives with previous experience working on rail or London underground projects, we will consider operatives who have a minimum of 2 years experience working on Industrial type projects (Warehouses, Data Centres, Power plants, Hospitals etc) – Unfortunately, due to the type of work, we will not consider applications from residential or commercial office refurb candidates).
Please note you will be required to work on various London underground stations on the network.
You MUST be prepared to be clean shaven at all times when working on the underground due to face fit masks.
Other tickets preferable are PASMA, Confined space, Quaf, L&E.
These projects will run for approx 3 years.
Responsibilities:
- Installation of CMS
- Including Trunking,
- Tray and Conduit.
- Installation, Termination and Testing of CAT6A & Fibre Cabling.
- Installation & Termination of Field Antennas and Equipment.
Requirements:
- JIB Gold Card
- LU/ICI
- Asbestos Awareness
- DBS (will have to complete, prior to starting)
- Clean Shaven at all times (due to be required for a face fit mask)
