Senior Project Manager/Project Director
OHUK are looking for a Senior Project Manager/Project Director to join one of the UK’s leading M&E Sub-Contractors with a substantial annual turnover of £650+M. They are renowned for their multi-million-pound projects across the UK covering Nuclear, Data Centre, Industrial, commercial and healthcare projects.

Role/Responsibilities;
- Creating plans for project implementation
- Monitoring progress of project to ensure that deadlines are met
- Overseeing the project documentation including budgets and schedules
Ideal Candidate:
- Degree qualified In either an electrical or mechanical engineering background
- At least 10 years of project management experience within construction
- Experience of NEC3 /4 contracting
- Must be commercially astute and an experienced negotiator
- Proven track record of achieving project deadlines and margins
- Experience managing subcontractors
- Qualification within project management such as PRINCE 2 or APMP desirable
- Qualification in health and safety such as IOSH managing Safely desirable
- Experience of CEMAR
