Mechanical Project Manager
Mechanical Project Manager required on a permanent basis on commercial site in Central London.
Our client is an established Mechanical sub-contractor who have worked in the commercial fast track fit out sector for a number of years on projects in London.
They are now seeking a Mechanical PM to join their operational team on these commercial projects.

Responsibilities

- Procurement of site materials and plant hire
- Project reports
- Validation reports
- Coordination with all trades on site
- Liaison with the main contractor’s management team on site in a professional, helpful and pro-active manner.
- Site management
- Cost / variation reporting to CM/QS
- Attending site co-ordination/progress meetings with the client
- Bench marking
- Health & Safety Management
- Induction records & PPE register
- Training matrix records
- Method statements
- Risk assessments
- COSHH assessments
- Tool Box Talks
- Daily site inspections
Requirements:
- Relevant mechanical qualifications
- SMSTS
- Previous experience managing fast track commercial fit out projects up to £3M
