Mechanical Site Manager
Our client is an established MEP sub contractor, the company specialises in the high end residential sector working on multi million pound projects throughout London. We are now actively looking to recruit a Mechanical Site Manager to join their operational team.

Role/Responsibilities:
- Manage installation of packages to drawings and specification
- Review of the Scope, Produce RAMS Documents where required
- Assist the Project Manger with issuing technical Submittals of all Equipment / Packages under guidance of Project Manager
- Report on site progress to PM
- Produce and manage two week look ahead
- Managing Sub Contractors to maintain programme targets
- Manage all Health and Safety on site to include Toolbox Talks
- Quality Control, Produce and Issue quality control documents, snag sheets and follow through to signoff
- Assist with Commissioning and Handover
Requirements:
- Mechanical qualifications / trade background is essential
- SMSTS / SSSTS – Essential
- Previous experience working on commercial projects is required
