Planner
M&E bias planner required to work on multiple projects throughout London.
This is to join an established MEP sub contractor who work within the high end residential, commercial & healthcare sector.
This is a permanent full time office / site based position within central London.

Responsibilities:
- Ensuring that the programme content is fully compliant with the planning procedures
- Identifying planning scope, major constraints and requirements of contract
- Identifying any factors affecting the programme
- Establishing and agreeing with Operations construction outputs and agree with working hours
- Producing and documenting the planning deliverables including programmes, presentations and reports
- Producing the Tender Programme and supporting information in accordance with the tender requirements
- Developing overall programmes, issuing to all parties for review and implementing recommendations, innovation and best practice as applicable
- Reconciling company and sub-contract plant/labour and major materials elements in conjunction where appropriate
- Applying resource levelling techniques as necessary
Requirements:
- Asta experience & P6 desirable
- Full M&E background
- Previous experience within the high end residential /commercial sector
- Happy to work full time in central London
