Mechanical estimator
OHUK are currently recruiting a Mechanical Estimator to join an established M&E Sub contractor. The company works within the private and public sector, working on multi million pound projects. This position will be office based in the Sutton area.

Role and Responsibilities;
- Confident with the use of Trimble Estimating XG database
- Able to produce own take offs, including pipework take offs
- Able to work independently and within a team
- Happy to attend all mid and post tender meetings
- Liaising with current and new clients
- Updating tender documents via companies system
- To be involved with the complete cycle of the tender process
Requirements:
- Previous experience tendering projects up to £10M
- Commercial & residential experience required
- Able to commute into the companies office in Sutton
- Must have previous experience within mechanical and public health
