Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor
Our client, one of the leading MEP sub-contractors within the construction industry are currently looking for an enthusiastic Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor on a permanent basis. With a turnover of £105 Million they currently have a full order book. They cover all sectors including residential, commercial, retail and industrial.
Our client is urgently looking for someone to work on a prestigious project based in Central London, this project is a mixed used development including residential and commercial. It is a permanent position offering a negotiable salary and package working for an excellent, established contractor.

Role and Responsibilities;

- The preparation of tender and contract documents such as bills of quantities
- Performing risk, value management and cost control
- Undertaking cost analysis for repair and projects work
- Advising on procurement strategy
- Allocating work to sub-contractors
- Identifying and responding to commercial risks
- Analysing outcomes
- Writing detailed reports
- Valuing completed work
Requirements:
- Previous M&E experience
- Experienced Quantity Surveyor
