trainee recruitment consultants
The Recruitment Consultant role is one of the most challenging and demanding positions out there. It’s fast paced & stressful yet can be very rewarding for individuals who have the resilience needed. Selling over the phone and face to face to clients and candidates are the core activities so it’s imperative you are driven and ambitious.
You will learn the industry from start to finish, and backed up with great training and support from the OHUK team your career can flourish quickly.
Whether you are a graduate or have relevant work experience and can prove you’re the special one then a Trainee Recruitment Consultant role with OHUK could be the best thing you will ever do.

what you can expect from us
Once we have your application, one of our senior managers will be in touch to discuss your application over the phone (usually within 48 hours). Successful applicants will be booked in for an interview.
- First Interview – This will be with a manager. You can expect to go through your career history, interests, and your requirements. We will go through what we offer, the setup here, desks available and what it’s like to work at OHUK.
- Second Interview – This will be with one or both of the Directors. This will be more extensive with the emphasis being on target achievement, figures, what you will do and your requirements. We will go through what we expect, the package should we offer one and cover off any questions you may have.
- Offer – If you’re the person for us we will present an offer to you either in person or over the phone with the offer emailed/posted the same day.
- Acceptance.
