Nick, Co-Founder and Director of OHUK started in the recruitment industry in 1993 at the tender age of 19, when he began working for a leading IT recruitment business. He soon branched into construction recruitment where he quickly became an expert in his field, working in the Mechanical and Electrical blue collar sector.
On the 4th July 2011 OHUK placed its first candidate and OHUK was born in Nick’s spare bedroom. Shortly after, Jackie Lincoln joined as a business partner.

Nick has an excellent overview of HMRC policy and taxation and works closely with OHUK’s funding partner and 3rd party providers. Nick is also very technically minded. He built the OHUK technical infrastructure based on future proof cloud and VOIP technology, which sets them in good stead for the future.
Nick has a young family and loves spending time with them at weekends, when he is not at Crystal Palace FC where he holds a season ticket, or playing golf.
